how to start 2016

Everyone becomes a little self-help-y around the New Year. You want to create a better you, and a better life, and then halfway through January you are sitting on the floor polishing off an entire gallon of ice cream in one sitting (cough, no judgment), except after it you kind of hate yourself. And then the whole year is off to a weird start and you don’t know how to salvage it.

That might be a little dramatic, but you know what I mean. Resolutions are kind of the worst.

I haven’t set a resolution in years, but instead work through a few simple exercises/thoughts to prep myself. And every year has managed to be better than the last…
