work with me

I’m a Multi-stakeholder Collaboration Consultant and Facilitator.

I work with individuals and institutions to help them think through how people can better work together, particularly in complex constellations, to get moving in the right direction, move better in the right direction, or perhaps even identify what the right direction is.

I work for people with open minds and passion for unlocking human potential. These people can be in non-profit organizations, international bodies, companies, or networks. It can also be in the form of individual coaching and accompaniment.

I facilitate events, workshops, and meetings in a way that helps people solve problems more collaboratively.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Most of us work in complex systems, without identifying the traits and principles and realities of these systems. I do this work because I believe that identifying opportunities to work with complexity by engendering collaboration will yield better results. I also firmly believe that collaboration can bring joy and levity to our work; we need more joy and levity in professional spaces, not less.

I can work with you to:

  • Facilitate your meeting, workshop, or retreat;
  • Support you as you design your meeting, workshop, retreat, or conference;
  • Collaborate to craft a community of practice design;
  • Coach and accompany you through a transition or bump in the road;
  • Provide training to your team on facilitation and/or network strategy;
  • And/or emcee your next large event.

In June 2024, I hosted a one-day participatory facilitation training in Geneva. Learn more here!

What do others say about my work?

  • Annika is one of the best facilitators I have worked with. Her exceptional ability to create a structured yet an open atmosphere allows for every participant to feel welcome and heard. Annika fosters a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives can be discussed productively, decisions can be made efficiently, and objectives can be attained effectively. The ability to do this in a virtual format is especially impressive. I highly recommend Annika to anyone seeking a facilitator for an online or in-person event. Shaadee Ahmadnia, World Bank
  • Annika is a dream to work with! She is the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. The energy and enthusiasm she brings to the design and delivery of events is infectious and she is tenacious in the pursuit of creating meaningful and safe spaces for discussion. Above all she understands what makes people tick, and that is the key to all great facilitation. Claire McAllister, SIPRI
  • Feedback from participants at a recent workshop included: This was one of the best-designed workshops I’ve seen to elicit engagement, creative thinking, and collaboration. Kudos! and It was a wonderfully constructed and expertly facilitated workshop. The array of participants plus the nature of the sessions brought a great number of insights and questions to the surface which have added color and nuance to my work. and Thank you for organising such an informative workshop and providing excellent facilitation, making efficient use of the whole time spent!
  • Geneva Solutions named me as one of the “12 faces of tomorrow,” saying: In Geneva’s old-fashioned humanitarian world, she’s a breath of fresh air, pleading for “radical inclusion of perspectives off the beaten path”.
