Do you lead online or in-person meetings on a regular basis? Are you planning an upcoming workshop or event? Up your game with a training on participatory facilitation methods!
On 7 June 2024, Annika Erickson-Pearson hosted a one-day facilitation training in Geneva, Switzerland. If you’d like to be informed of future trainings, please fill in this form.
Improve the way you design and facilitate group conversations:
- To bring all the voices in the room into the discussion.
- To deepen group understanding and increase participatory decision-making.
- To develop more confidence as a facilitator.
The training covers two different facilitation methods, emphasizing participatory approaches. Participants will first experience the methods and then debrief, unpack, and even try out the methods for themselves.
This training is for people who facilitate workshops, lead meetings, or work with groups, and who want to reach more meaningful conclusions through participatory methods. The training is not limited to one field or topic of expertise, but rather could apply to people working for NGOs, companies, foundations, academia, international organizations, research groups, and more.
