Annika Erickson-Pearson

Annika Erickson-Pearson is a facilitator, coach, and researcher at the intersection of people, policy, and transformation. She hosts the popular weekly podcast, Tribe, and coaches young people around the country as they navigate questions of identity and relationships. Annika is also a seasoned political advocate for Run for Something and the Global Campaign for Education-US Chapter, previously organizing for RESULTS Educational Fund, the UN Foundation, and Organizing for America (OFA). Her experience has led her into her current research project, focusing on communities, relationships, peace, and conflict. Previously, she orchestrated three Conferences on World Affairs (Boulder) and five StartingBloc Institutes. Annika is an avid reader, hiker, and, when she is not on the road, watcher-of-sunsets from her balcony in Boulder, Colorado.
